Our 30 R&D engineers can speak English and have over 12 years' experience in the field. Using special equipment including CNC machines from Taiwan and Japan, they can design 5 new products according to the latest fashion trends monthly. With our mold department with 100 staff, it only takes us 40 to 45 days to provide new samples made according to customer requests.
We have 25 QC personnel with five to eight years' experience allocated by 4 in each production line to assure quality meets CE, EMARK, FCC and FDA approval. They also use equipment purchased from Taiwan and Japan. They allow us to enjoy a repair rate of 1% and offer 24-month guarantee period. In addition, we source raw materials from 50 stable suppliers in Taiwan, the US and Japan.
A 12,000-square-meter factory equipped with Toshiba SMT and six automatic production lines manned by 600 Staff produce 150,000 units of our products monthly, 60% for export to the US, Africa, Russia and South America. We interact with 100 stable customers such as Daewoo and Alpine, and our sales turnover in 2010 reached $2 million, which a 25% growth.
